Work with and assist the Executive Chef & Sous Chef with the day to day responsibilities of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a consistent and efficient cleaning processes in all phases of service throughout your shift

Practice safe techniques while keeping your work area clean and in a presentable condition.

Maintain open communication with all persons within the Culinary and F&B department. .

Promote the Resort and the community
